What is the Meal Plan like?
I design your meal plan based off your food preferences, food allergies, body type, fitness goal and several other factors! It’s a specific meal plan that’s tailored for you.
Is this a personalized program or the same for everyone?
It’s 100% personalized for you. I design your specific plan based off the info that you provide on the questionnaire.
Can I workout from home?
Yes. I design your workouts based off equipment you have access to. If you have no equipment at all, I will give you bodyweight workouts. If you have dumbbells, I will give you a dumbbell workout, etc.
I live outside the USA. Can I still sign up?
Yes, I have clients all over the world! It’s an online program and everything is done virtually and the plan is delivered through email.
Do we get support during the program?
Yes! You will email me your front/back pictures and your bodyweight every 2 weeks and I send you an updated plan. Also, you can email or message me at any time with questions you might have.
Do you offer any guarantee?
I am so confident that you will have great progress, that if you don’t see results after 8 weeks, I will give you your money back.
Do you design vegan or vegetarian meal plans?
Yes. I design your meal plan based off your food preferences. I can design vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, keto, or any plant based diet for you. Simply fill out the questionnaire and I will design your plan off that info.
