Delivery and Refund Policy

After ordering a training package, the following is done:

1. There is no physical product shipped by LBD Training.  All plans/questionnaires/updates are sent via Email.

2. Questionnaire email is sent within 24 hours after purchase

3. Please provide accurate/active email at checkout

4. Fill out Questionnaire in timely manner (unless we have made arrangement to start your plan at a later date)

5. Please allow up to 5 days for your personalized plan to be sent.

There are no refunds.  Once a purchase is made, there is no refund. 


***Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled.  It is the client’s responsibility to cancel their subscription if they wish.  There are no refunds.  You can cancel at any time by visiting the link below. 


Client has to complete the entire duration of their coaching and provide proof that they followed their specific meal plan, workouts, and cardio exactly to receive the money back guarantee.
