This is a completely custom plan that includes a meal plan, workout/cardio routine, supplement guide, and official check ins every two weeks.

When you sign up for your plan, a questionnaire email is sent that gathers all your info and helps me design your custom plan that’s tailored just for you.  There is no “one size fits all” plan and I take into account several factors to personalize your plan.

Throughout the 8 weeks, you have 24/7 email support and can ask any questions/concerns about your plan at any time.  You will hold up a paper reading “DAY 1” and “WEEK 8” at the beginning and end of the plan.  I make any adjustments necessary to your plan when you check in.

My goal is to help you improve your health and body.  I provide the motivation and guidance and you just follow the plan.

Can I cancel my membership whenever I want?

Yes, you can cancel at any time!

Will I have guidance throughout my plan?

You have 24/7 email support throughout your entire plan. This means you can email me at any time and expect a response within 24 hours (usually a lot quicker). In addition, you check in with me every week or every two weeks, depending on which plan you purchase, and I make adjustments to your meal plan and workouts based on your progress.

I don’t go to a gym. Will the plan work for me?

Yes, I design home workouts. One of the questions on the questionnaire asks what equipment you have access to. For clients who have no equipment whatsoever, I design bodyweight workouts for them to do at home.

How do check ins work?

For check ins, you email me current pictures and your bodyweight and I make adjustments to your meal plan and workouts based on your progress.

What is the meal plan like?

I design your meal plan based off your food preferences, food allergies, body type, fitness goal, and several other factors! It’s a specific meal plan that’s tailored for you. I tell you exactly what to eat, and how much. It’s very simple and easy to follow!
